Vel’O (bicycle rental service)

This public bicycle rental service. is offer by the Obernai City and his management is entrusted to Keolis Obernai.

The Vél’O serivce include ten high quality bikes with eletric assistance (VAE).

The withdrawal and the return have to be done to the Relais Pass’O (near the Obernay trainstation) according to the schedule down below.

The renting is reserved to physical people, lawfuly aged and for personal use only.

For your daily ride, the VAE makes your life simplier and allows to skip the shower after your home to work ride. No more excuses with the VAE !

Vél’O allows you to test the eletric bike before taking the purchasing plunge (see purchase bonus below).

(*) The monthly concernes the Obernai inhabitants (with proof of address) and peoples working at Obernai ( with certificate of work)

Included in the renting : two anti-theft padlocks, an helmet and a basket

The employees benefit from an assumption of 50% of the costs by their employers for a subscription to public bicycle rental service.

Two electric bikes models are available, with high quality equipments offering comfort and great battery life.

This bicycles are adapted to every daily rides and bikes trips. The Route des Vins and the Mont Sainte Odile are reachables !

They are not mountain bikes, they are not suitable for rough terrain.
